About re organize mode

Hello .
first i want to thanks senso and marko for their workshop. i learnt a lot of things with friendly people.
the sequencer is a beautiful tool for my needs. i learnt too a lot about routing and organisation of the interface.
About that i have a question :
when i use automatic organisation mode in the IB the patch witch be activate in the sequencer appeares.
it's very useful. But how can i do if i want to keep position of patch that are open everytime in a track ?
For my situation i have 4 surround panner opened in 4 tracks and my seq play wave player patchs. i'd like to keep my panners at the left or the right of my ib and seeing the active wave players on the other hand.
