Hello,

One thing that I can try in Usine VST free version is its VSTi ability. My goal is to create a patch in Usine, including VSTi, and then export/save it in VST format for use in Cubase.

Possible?

Cheers.

no, but why do you need to export..?
you can use Usine VST ( with your patch ) directly in cubase..?

Well in that way I will always need do open Usine 2x2 or similar first, THEN load the patch. It would be much more flexible if I could load a Usine patch or project directly as a VSTi and control it from Cubase in that way.

Fore example, if I create a 3 different VSTi base Usine patch's that I want to use in Cubase. It would be easier to see those 3 exported patches or projects as separate units in Cubase VST list. Just load and play :)

Cheers.

yes but Usine is not Synthedit or Synthmaker...!
and once you have create your project, you save it and next time you'll have nothing to do more, usine vst will open with his patch...?

Sorry, misunderstanding. What I', missing is ability to open them directly from Cubase, without to first load Usine VST and them open them from Usine container. Actually, I can live with that, but just if could open saved projects or patches directly. For example as Helix in the Usine demo VST folder.

That is my goal too. But, for example, can those Usine patches appears as following in Ableton plugins list:

Usine_Pro53
Usine_JV
Usine_M1

Or do you need to always first open a Usine container in DAW and THEN select patch?

Cheers.
