the 23fx23 scroll seems to scroll only caption name !
you can't switch a cell.

Hmmm... acctually would be not a bad Idea to make scrollers[vertical/horizontal] for control panels and containers. So you can scroll whatever you want. I know that move&resize script can do the job but it's very CPU hungry

1. Nay example is value scrolling
2. 32fx32 example is caption scrolling

I assume that joffo think about visual scrolling with definite values and caption, but maybe I'm wrong

You're right, it was only an other example to help the reflexion.:)
and mine was also a 23FX script, so maybe we have to kidnap 23FX for this one...or find another script guru

hehe ok. i got millions of scrolling matrix workspaces and scripts i need to find back lol, im pretty sure ive uploded one that let you scroll xy and even zoom, but maybe there weren't caption at that time. the 256 preset mx edition is also a scrollable matrix that let you swich the values, or there was a purple sequencer that allowed booth toogle, values set and scroll you could tweak by waiting...mm strange i thougth i had posted one. will check

so.. i tried to modify the 256PM patch and adapt to a scrollable mx setup, so here it should work with different matrix modes toggle, fade ect and scroll booth names and values.
(i temp disabled the color handling wich was more a dedicaced to pm fuction by waiting to find best way to handle)
if want in/decrasecrease max mx size eit script first line and recompile.
hope can help. could be errors as it's hard for my little brain to come back to this but seems ok.. hope it's like biking ;)

strange. . . when I add array out to DATASMEM, matrix draw mode doesn't work correctly. the drawing is 101010101 instead of 1111111

mmm that's really strange indeed, i can reproduce.
what is even more strange is that if man put an array display or set it work correctly, but not with a simple array out..
I see no reason why it would behave like this..mmm
