VST param names output limited to 1024 Comma Text?
Working on exposing and modifying some parameters that are not showing in the parameter view. The array does show to expose these, and a lot of the others I just created a listbox with the param names output......however seems the array is 2035 and my list box is only receiving 1024 from the param names output. My assumptions are that the module will not export more than 1024 comma text?

Oddly as well I did try to manually change...think i am limited to only 1024 array even when forcing changes into the 1024+ range. The plugin shows to be changing the value I just cant get hollyhock to push the array data in indexes higher than 1024. hmm

have you try to use 2 extract sub array modules then a concat array to go back to the VST...?
No I have not yet, but I was wondering if I may be successful doing it that way. However...still it looks that the comma text looks to stop at 1024. Is this limited?
I took and modified only the index/value of a parameter above the 1024 as well and it didn't change the VST being put back in.....however I can monitor the output of the VST and it does change with value.
I will experiment some more, but I think there might be some limitations...using rapture at the moment trying to expose some LFO and EFX parameters for a tool a friend has been working on for this project.

Well after some time, I revisited this same question but in a different manner. I am back to the basics of where I have a specific plugin in this case Izotope Trash and I would like to do some parameter morphing using HollyHock. Showing all parameters seems to cut the output of the parameters down to 505 via the array and I cannot get access to the Dynamics nor Delay parameters within the VST from a basic module patching perspective. I am about to approach the array to access these parameters, and I will try and do so. My questions are:
1. What are the internal limitations for displaying VST parameters in the module patching format?
2. Will there be a method of expanding or showing/hiding specific parameters of a VST from the module view?
-More so at the moment its show all or hide all and I don't see all of them displayed, would it be possible to quarter these?
example: Show parameters 1-100, 101-200, etc.. to allow the patching in a modular view?
3. Is there a limitation on the Array output for the parameters which will truncate the amount of VST parameters available at the array level?

here a small demo about extract and concat array, if you want to change preset you use the Edit button, then you turn it OFF and you can use the knobs

Awesome thank you plectre, I appreciate you sharing. I believe some of my problems are in my approach, when I first open the VST I show all the parameters as well so I never see them from the module perspective. Now I realize that if I start moving the parameters with the edit window open they will begin to add to the list of the module. To tell you the truth I always seem to learn something new!
Thanks for the array patch!
