array value to position

i'm trying to make a euclidean sequencer like that:

and i need to convert array value to position
ex:
array of 4: 0.4.8.12
to an array of 16: 1.0.0.0 1.0.0.0 1.0.0.0 1.0.0.0

does anybody have an idea? (patch or script V5.
