Hi

Is there a way to stop Usine Hollyhock placing what I presume are analysis files in the same folder as all my audio. It's a bit messy!

Thanks

Interesting question.

Could create an executed batch file to delete all the .peak files. I use simple batch files a lot of times to search for things to sort and delete.

Could also execute it from a patch.

the .peak file is used to accelerate waveform drawing of audio files.
It's a very common behavior, like for example in reaper.
No way to disable the creation. If you delete them they are automatically recreated next time you load the file.
In the next version, this file will be optional, depending on the memory location (memory or file)

I am also often annoyed by .peak files cluttering up audio folders. What would be helpful is an option to store them all in one out of the way location as is found in Reaper and indeed most DAW applications.
