Can you explain your setup a little more?
What patch or module are you using? Grain Sampler, Standard, Midi?

Okay so here is the case:
The patch is a polyphonic patch that is executed from the button. If you are asking how to sync the 5 samplers, you would need to change the sync reference for the loop say to some other sync like cycle. This will cause the samples to loop at each cycle rather than free running from button presses.
If you are trying to build a cinematic hit layer tool. Actually I did this awhile ago but have not completely finished. I took several samplers, and used their end outputs to trigger the next sampler to play, this way the attack or rise would execute the hit would happen on the next sampler, and then the release would execute on the third.
I would say for the matter of building this kind of tool, I would go by building your own interface, or possibly modifying the current one for yourself. The only issue you might run into in building this might be complexity of the polyphonic patch. I usually start with laying out multiple on one patch then later go back and clean up and make these polyphonic...that way everything is right there visually to see while I am experimenting.
I would say start with 3 samplers and experiment with their end position output triggers to trigger the next. That is just my recommendation and would help you understand what options are available from the sampler at the patch level.
Let me know I can help!
