I'm a platinum subscriber with my account running out in June 2015.
I'm also a music technology educator.
I'm wondering if I can get a clearer understanding of the updates.

49euro update from any Pro version?
Does this get me 1year subscription / extension on Hollyhock II?

69euro Educator version? Is this an initial purchase? What is the time period?

Yes, you can update your current license for 49 € (includes all updates for 1 year)
69 € is an initial purchase with 1 year of free updates too (for this promotional period, pro and educational have the same price)

It's a promotional price, but if you want upgrade now, i'll add 1 year to your current license.
