Resizing Objects in Hollyhock is a pain in the neck. It is so hard to just enlarge or reduce the size of any objects. It would be better to have the older way found in V5. Also a "show grid" feature would be very helpful.

It reminds me the opposite discussion about resize-grips, and many request to put them in corners...
So I'm sure to want to reintroduce this feature.:(
I'll think about the show grid.

Could Locking the width and height to their current value in the settings panel/orientation tab help?
I always resize and it becomes too high or to wide, if you locked the ratio selected then it would be easier to resize.
Possibly doing this lock would allow you to use the interface as well during resize?
