Grid section settings : how it works ?

I'd like to collect informations like the index and the caption of the current grid section, so I use the Grid section settings module.
But nothing comes out of the outlets (for example the index outlet remains to 0, wherever is the cursor in the grid)

Could anybody help me with this module?

connect a fader from the outlet of the index
a text panel from the caption outlet, run the grid, must work ?

Sorry for disturbing Nay, I've built a new workspaceespecially to test it and it works correctly.
I now have to understand why this module doesn't work on my original worspace, I'll try this soon to find an answer....
