MIDI velocity and pressure

I want to get those two values separately. If my observation is correct it somehow appears as code2, but how to dispach(?) them. I'm also not sure, but probably first value of pressure could be velocity? Even if it is not true, that first value could be useful for me, but again what could be the best way I can get those two values fore each note separately
