I often need to set the visual properties of multiple objects to the same values (e.g. size, color, border width, etc.) Doing this with something like the "formatting paintbrush" in MS Office apps would be very efficient.
Thanks!
Object visual properties "paintbrush"
you're right it could be very efficient. Unfortunately it's no easy to implement that in usine. I'll see If I find something.

That is soo crazy, I was just going to suggest the exact same thing as ahonoe.
I could see the snapshots residing in the left-side bar where the Color Palette exists.
It just seems these are common global format controls.
I think the common save button, If you could add a few lines to the snapshot memory for the object Size Width and Height. When you turn the resize button on it applies the size as well.
With it off it ignores the size when painting the snapshot format.
The lock button would be to enable the last selected snapshot to be in copy-memory. Then when you click on any similar object...say clicking on five switches it applies the format to all.
If the lock button is off...then well the Global Snapshot Format is off..
It would probably be a great idea too to put a Big status in the top right indicating that the Global Snapshot is ON
Something similar to this just popped up in my mind this morning as well and seemed very logical.
I hope this could be implemented.

Also I just thought it would be very handy....
If the Lock or Global Snapshot is ON.....
When wiring new nodes, and creating new objects such as faders or knobs....when they are created they use the snapshot selected immediately, rather than the default format.

interesting suggestions. I need time to think about that.
