How do you get out of Full Screen

It seems like I can never get out of Full-Screen once I set it.
Is this broken? Is there something I am doing wrong or goofy?
What's everyone else's experience?

Working here from the little TV set icon in the toolbar. Have you tried setting a hotkey? Does that also not work?

Might be an issue with your system....

Same issue here when I try to click on the icon but it works with ctrl+F (win10 64bits)
