arpeggiator-like for incoming audio

is there any module that would allow that?
I'm testing the Filter Step and the Filter Resonator, but I'm not sure if there's anything which could get closer to the idea.

If you need to pitch-shift audio into tune with corresponding notes, then perhaps you need some good VST pitch shifter and then add arpeggiator that would modulate it.
