not sure if a bug, can't block container from resizing via pinch

I've accidentally discovered that my polyphonic patch instances are resizing when pinch-to-zoom kind of gesture (on a touchscreen) applied to any of them, I've unchecked the resize grip for patch and container in it, but container still resizes by the gesture, which is something I'd like to avoid. I think I could block it with tying constant to zoom factor, but is this normal behaviour?
