Hi
I made a big patch to communicate with a launchpad in HH
here
It make absolutly what i want it should do.
But in my opinion it take too much cpu because of the redundancy of task.
So i wonder if is not possible to make some script to make it lighter.
I'm sure it's not complicated at all but i'm not coder.
Thanks a lot and hope this patch would be usefull for the community

hi, [s]is there a reason why, on the launchpad, the first cell of the second row is sending note #16 instead of #8 ? (same for consecutive rows actually)
would be more straight forward to interface if each cells sends consecutive note on.[/s]

is it this launchpad ? : https://d2xhy469pqj8rc.cloudfront.net/s ... -s-prm.pdf

in that case, why don't you use the round button on the right ?

I did this : File uploaded: http://www.sensomusic.org/forums/upload ... %20mod.pat

input goes thru a script, output is "monophonic"

Hi Oli.
Thank you for your patch. I tried it . It doesn't work whith my launchpad (mini)
It work only when i select a row by clicking but not with the launchpad directly.
It dosen't work too when i recall a preset.
Sorry.

oh, tha'st interesting !
I don't have a launchpad, so I had to go for the user manual, maybe I didn't look at the good one.
send me the exact manual of your own mini launchpad and I try to fix the script

I used the array inside your patch to get the correct notes :
first row : 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
second row : 16 >> 23
third row : 32 >> 39
4th row : 48 >> 55
5th row : 64 >> 71
6th row : 80 >>87
7th row : 96 >> 103
8th row : 112 >> 119

when I send those notes from a keyboard on channel 1, the cells on the matrix are set alight accorddingly.

Hello,
test here with Launchpad mini too
if i press a pad on the LP, it's ok, the matrix react correctly, but the Launchpad itself don't light at all ( if i check the midi out of the patch, it send only 1 note ON, always the same ( normal , it's connected to last clic cell as code 1)

i f i fill all the matrix with the mouse, the LP react, but, here the color error i have:

hope this help

Yes. The color différence is caused because on the hh matrix i don't know if it's possible to choose for each cell is own color.
It was possible on usine 5.80 (and before) but not on this new module. Unfortunatly

Not sure it's possible to do that with the actual module

..for me clearly the true colors arrays in controls were better...often miss them..
