Newbie VSTi Live Setup
Hey thanks for reading.
Ive been able to setup a pretty cool setup using 4 VSTi, piano, e piano, organ, synth. I would like to setup touch buttons for BYPASS so that only one install is sounding at a time essential bypassing the other 3 when 1 is chosen.
Later I might want to toggle that feature on and off so i could blend multiple VSTi.
Thanks,
Schel

you can make 4 switches for bypass and assign them to same group and also enable 'at least one'.

Awesome! Thanks, I got it setup in minutes. Just needed a kick in the right direction. Every time I learn something new my mind gets blown all over again. This software is so powerful.

Thought of another question: Am I reinventing the wheel in setting up live vst mixer/controller setup on my own from scratch? Its a great learning experience but is there an add-on that fits the bill?
About the mixer, you can user the Usine mixer, ( near the master panel) , simply drag the rack 's on its panel.
About controller, depends of what you want to achieve?

I guess if you place VSTs in separate racks it makes more sense, but then it's a bit more complicated to get this 'solo just one' behavior. I think you could add 'mute' Gate modular input to every patch with VST, wire it to either bypass or volume module to mute. then get a separate rack with buttons patch and output each button to a Gate modular output, wired to each VST.

You can also use the binds engine to create a remote to your mixer to have this solo feature with switches in the "group mode".
Just drag the 3 binds on the Solo switches of the mixer.

ah, true. forgot that Buses can be used for binds too. in this case it would be a more appropriate solution.
