Cut in playing sound while next section

Unread post by grego mondo » 04 Jan 2021, 14:12

Hello and hoppy new year (yes I like beer, don't you ?)

I've experienced small cut in the sound with sampler playing when I press next section in the grid (with my patch with sampler across two sections) as anyone experience that ?

Take care

Did you encountered that everytime or on special location ?
Maybe, on a specific section you need a big recall, too big and you have a CPU leak !?!

HI

@ Sylvain
I had tought of CPU consuption so I made a samll tool writing the max CPU consumption of each section in an array, unfortunately the greediest cpu section aren't the ones where it occurs.
Thanks

@Senso
Trying to isolate the problem but obviously the more I search the less it occurs (from this point of view 2021 is like all previous years) I'll send my wkp as soon as I can make it easy to understand.
Thanks

Remember that the CPU consumption provides by Usine is always an average. It's almost impossible to predict CPU peaks.
