Choke groups

Unread post by Seb_Brun » 06 May 2021, 07:25

Hi there.
(Many people around)
I’m just diving into Usine since few weeks. A real newbie.
I’m trying to made a drums-playable 6 independent oscillators with 6 different audio output.
But I’d like it to be chokable.
Sound 3 could stop sound 1 or whatever.
The audio ADSR has a stop button but the release remains.
I’d like it to be manage by groups (yes, I come from Ableton).
Any trick?
Thanks.

You can use 6 switches. Switches can be grouped like that

this tip can help also combined with a www.brainmodular.com/manuals/hh4/en/mod ... ck-release module to get a smooth attack and release.
then just connect to math-multiply on the oscillator's outputs.

why not use only one oscilator and one ADSR ?
so the result will be monophonic
the output could be dispatch and the pitch set by the last drum hit
ADSR would be retriggered at each drum hit.

the way you'll do it in oldschool hardware
cheers
