Program changes and MIDI channel

Hello,
Something I don't understand: I've patched a midi create to a midi out on channel 3.
> If I create Control Changes, everything's ok, the message is received by my external device on ch3.
> If I send program changes (I just change the type of message in the midi create combo) it doesn't work, the message is sent on channel 1 regardless of my tuning.
An idea?

PS: I still don't understand the interaction between the ch. number carried inside the midi message and the ch. number indicated in the midi out combo. For example if I create "CC 12 127 c:1" and send it to MIDI out on ch. 3, the "c:1" is ignored?

yes , i can confirm
for note on /off , control change , aftertouch , the module "midi out send the correct canal
for program change it's always canal 1...bug

about the second question , , yes , the midi out module is " your last choice "and at the end of the midi flow so work in this case as a kind of master
