A search module to sort Vst plugins

Hy,

We are expecting for search function to sort easier Vst dll. Ableton live has this function, that allows you to quick find some particular Vst (or live effect, or sample of your library..In fact i have thousands of plugins and so scrolling them all isn't very practical.
is there some hope for us to get this functiun in Usine in way perfect it?

a search function in the browser module is a good idea!

alternatively dont install all plugin .dll's in the same folder: usine supports subfolders.


dont think its the most needed feature now.
..I'd already dream of a full blown plugin loader manager (with vst thumbnail preview, vst infos, whatever!)

I am sure mr. senso will implement this sometimes, it might happen in v7.0 or in v.29.0

not only for vst's but for all the elements in the browser

Hmmmm. I have my vsts sorted into sub folders, and usine just duplicates the directory structure. The same is true for other elements of the browser. You can move them around wherever you like.

I wish other softward did this......

So, I guess I don't see any great need for it. Although it's true sometimes I forget where I put things..... but sometimes I forget what they are called, too!
