Recently I experienced some crashes when patching (NOT Usine's fault, it's a computer problem).

That's why I save the workspace quite often.
I have realised that when Usine crashes during patching (not exit properly) and I reload the workspace, I don't get back my latest state, but instead the workspace when saved and Usine was last closed properly. (I have autoload enabled, maybe that matters).

So I'm asking is the workspace only fully saved on exit or does anyone have any explaination ?

can tell you but an other method is also to rename the file " WorkSpace.wkp-old" in " MyWorkSpace.wkp" when you experience problems...

When you quite Usine, the current wkp is saved as a copy into the file 'Workspace.wkp'.
The original is not affected.
Also, in case of big crash the folder 'temp' contains all the intermediate versions of your patches.

I ve also noticed in case of crashes, when we reopen usine the last workspace that is reopen is not always the latest version, and sometimes after working an hour I notice "damned , I changed this why is like old.."
I ve seen someone spoke about this on an other thread telling it can be disturbing, and Ì third that... could there be an option to not load last workspace, or force begin with an empty worspace?
